About

Reflexologist in Sale, South Manchester

I have always been deeply passionate about holistic therapies and the profound impact they can have on people’s lives. My goal has always been to help others find balance, calm, and wellbeing through treatments that truly make a difference.

My journey into reflexology began after experiencing its incredible ability to regulate my hormones and manage high stress levels after having my children. It was during this time that I discovered how powerful reflexology can be in addressing stress, anxiety, and women’s health. This experience inspired me to pursue a career in helping others through this transformative therapy.

Before discovering reflexology, I worked as a beauty and holistic therapist. During that time, I trained with some of the world’s leading skincare brands and worked in two of Cheshire’s most luxurious spas. These experiences taught me the importance of delivering exceptional service and helped me develop an instinct for creating truly relaxing and transformative experiences for my clients.

After taking time out to raise my family, I decided to retrain and continue my passion for holistic therapies. I studied at the Contemporary Reflexology College and achieved a Level 5 qualification in Clinical Reflexology—the highest standard of reflexology training in the UK. To further complement my skills, I also trained in Reiki (Levels 1 and 2) with the Ki Retreat, after being drawn to its deeply restorative and healing qualities.

I am dedicated to helping others feel peaceful, grounded, and aligned. My treatments are designed to provide a space to take time for yourself—a moment of tranquillity in your busy life. One of my favourite aspects of being a therapist is building strong, trusting relationships with my clients and getting to know them as individuals.

Outside of my work in the treatment room, I love spending time in nature, walking my two dogs, and embracing creative pursuits like pottery, cooking, and yoga. I also make time for meditation and mindfulness to maintain my own sense of balance. Connecting with friends and family is equally important to me, as it nurtures my well-being and allows me to bring positive energy into every treatment I provide.

I look forward to welcoming you and creating a well-being experience tailored just for you.

What does Ostara mean?

I named my practice Ostara Reflexology after the celebration of the spring equinox, a time that represents renewal, balance, and growth. Just as nature awakens in spring, reflexology works to rejuvenate and restore vitality, supporting positive life changes. Much like the energy of Ostara, it’s about sowing the seeds of your intentions and allowing them to flourish, bringing harmony, balance, and transformation to both body and mind.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions.
